To play all cars and tracks just finish the original Carmageddon and copy the savegames into the folder \savegames\ oof the Splat Pack addon.

Now you directly have all new cars and tracks.

Successfully complete the original Carmageddon and copy the saved game files into the "savegames" sub-directory in the Splat Pack directory. To unlock all cards in Network mode, type joyrider at the network race-type selection screen. Then, select "All" cars at the options screen to use them. This can be done either through manual or random car selection.
